Robert R. King
Robert R. King is a former First Judicial District judge for Dakota County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position by Governor Carlson on May 31, 1994. He was then elected in 1996 and was retained to full terms in 2002 and 2008. He retired in 2014.[1][2]
Education
King received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1970 and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1976.[1]
Career
King began his career as a private practice lawyer in 1976. He then worked as an Assistant Dakota County attorney from 1984 until he was appointed to the district court in 1994.[1]
