Biography

Phillip Wheeler was born in Pikeville, Kentucky. He earned a bachelor of arts in history and german from Transylvania University and a law degree from the University of Kentucky. Wheeler’s career experience includes working as an attorney with Kirk Law Firm, PLLC. He has been a member of the Coal Run Lions Club, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the Kentucky Workers' Association.[1]
