The New York Unified Court System, Amendment 3, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in New York on November 4, 1975, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure would have amended Article 6 and 7 of the Constitution and would have provided for the "administration and financing of the unified court system of the state."[1][2]
