In 1956, voters decided on eight statewide ballot measures in Nevada on November 6.
- Two of the measures were indirect initiated state statutes.
- One of the measures was an indirect initiated constitutional amendment.
- Four of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
- One of the measures was a veto referendum.
- Voters approved five (62.5%) and rejected three (37.5%) measures.
