North Dakota Board of Higher Education Members, Measure 3 (1990)

The North Dakota Board of Higher Education Members Referendum, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 6, 1990 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have defines "graduate" for purposes of serving on the state board of higher education as "a person who has received a baccalaureate degree and does not include a person who has received an associate or advanced degree."[2]
