Each episode is a different take on a story from Grimm's fairy tales, some are gruesome others thought provoking, and if you remember the gist of the story you can connect the ending as you get a general feeling of how it's supposed to end as well. I found I could predict the ending after seeing how the premise unfolded.
Production quality was very high (both visual and audio), in one the episodes they tried to have the story match well known musical pieces and although i enjoyed it, the way it was done felt forced.
