Dont pay attention to ornehx, half of what they say I dont know from god knows where they got it. Story is straightforward? Yes, harem? I didnt notice a harem trope at all, he spends most of his time with one of the "airgirls" and another girl which actually likes him romantically, the rest they just find him interesting. This is NOT a "cute girls doing cute stuff", there are some silly situations sure but nothing that could make you feel annoyed. I was actually disappointed that it was only 12 episodes, if only it had 24-26 episodes then It would've told its story properly with a proper ending, such a pity!
After reading their "recommendation" I was expecting a failure of an anime, but I was surprised to find myself enjoying it and wanting to watch the next episode. Give it a chance, it wont be a complete waste of your time.

Looks kinda cool but may also be harmful to the eyes
Started off, I really like the modern fighter aircraft design. But the glowing highlights colors really hurts my eyes.
Plot is straight forward, set at the edge of an apocalyse where animated fighter crafts in the form of cute girls are the last line of defense. Add in a harem for our ML and some unexplained enemy! Though there's a lot of plot holes, which I hope would be fix in S2. And despite the harem, fanservice is pretty minimal.
Had some nice dogfights animation in the beginning but towards the end, the fights felts just like time fillers. Maybe its just tough be release on the same season as Kotobuki.
All in probably just for the fans or the modern aircraft otaku(s), or watch it just for the cute girls. 3/10 for me.
