INCOG, in coordination with local officials, was designated by the Governor of Oklahoma as the organization responsible for developing and implementing the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (CTP) and a process to select and prioritize projects for the Tulsa Transportation Management Area (TMA). Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program

The Section 5310 Program aims to improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities by removing barriers to transportation service and expanding transportation mobility options. INCOG is the designated recipients of Section 5310 funding for the Tulsa region.
