About This Game
Japan-only release of the original PlayStation Metal Gear Solid with special upgrades and features like a first-person mode and a photographic mode that allowed Snake to woo the ladies in the game. A separate disc has players engage in more than 300 virtual reality training missions and utilize their wits, stealth, and gadgets to get past the simulated foes. Most stages are more puzzle than action based, but Konami went even further and came up with detective movie-style murder cases that require the player's deductive reasoning to catch the killers. The second disc was later released as the standalone VR Missions in the US.
