The Story Tellers have a fight with the Incubes and then a monk robe with a huge nose steals a child and a Pathfinder is the only one who can save the child....and I'm having such a hard time with the Fantasy genre already

I never knew there were six Ninja warriors by my bed every night to give me all kinds of wonderful dreams, by the way!

Action scenes are somewhere between The Matrix and The Power Rangers and probably the first movie since Robert Altman's Quintet to be filmed in snow-vision, moralistic to the point. , a huge mess actually, but some scenes are reasonably successful and perhaps still suitable as an alternative children's film.

Those Incubes are very well done by the way.

Fairy tale for adults.

This is all I need in a movie. This is why I watch movies, finding such gems. This is so unique, so mighty well thought out. Audiovisually really great, acting perfectly fine and every detail has been thought of. The latter is not so much story-wise but visually speaking. Wonderful shots are thrown across your screen and I loved every second. I was completely sucked into a new world and stayed there until the last second. Boom, 5*.

Well, the genre isn't exactly up my alley. It was precisely because of the poster that it aroused my interest. Ink is a rather bizarre trip where Emma is kidnapped in her dream by Ink, a strange creature with an insanely large nose that hides under a cloak. The whole dream world looks visually special and so are the characters. Especially the Incubes are dark characters with that glass in front of their faces and their smiles and without that glass where the eyes are like headlights. Especially the denouement surrounding Ink, came as a huge surprise when he turns out to be Emma's father. Better than expected at least so far.
