"Who's laughing now?"
The murderous clown Art is brought back to life by a sinister entity. He returns to Miles County to hunt down a teenage girl and her little brother on Halloween night. As the bodies pile up, the two try to stay alive. Meanwhile, they discover why Art is after them.

The first part had its (horrific) moments, but suffered from a low budget, which meant that things did not come out optimally. This sequel clearly has a bigger budget and is superior in every way. What worked especially well in the original was the appearance of Art, the chillingly sinister clown, so it's only natural that we get a lot more Art here. His many murders are also portrayed even more scruffy. The plot isn't even that bad and the characters are better developed than you would expect in such a movie. Too bad the film is way too long and starts to whine a bit in the finale, but until then this is bloody good fun.

I do not understand. That this makes people faint and have to vomit in the cinema, I also read the scariest film ever. I especially thought this was a very bad movie and the ketchup is flying around so much that it was rather ridiculous. And the acting performances were not special either. A lot of ketchup is no guarantee of a good movie, and this one was certainly not good and miserable long.....

Brutal start, then we get a bit of puberty. After which the Gore returns. I understand that people will be disgusted by this, so don't be shocked. It is all well portrayed and the violence is very substantial. For the limb snatch and eye pluck scenes, not everyone is going to like it.
Also thought the mother was very bad acting, she didn't come across at all.
Scenes in the haunted house the most interesting for me
