"Everyone wants to be a kingpin."
An 18-year-old high school dropout from Idaho decides to smuggle marijuana across the border into Canada with a 27-year-old friend. His aspiration to be at the top of the drug world - complete with women, guns and vicious rival drug lords - soon overwhelms the former pizza delivery boy.
