disappointed. Oversentimental, tacky and unbelievable. Normally I can tolerate a portion of it, but this is still great about it.
Only the positive message that apathy is the worst that can happen and that helping is above all else remains.

I don't really have much to add to ikkegoemikke's extensive comment.
Admittedly, the film is a bit short-sighted at times, but on the whole fascinating enough to entertain me, thanks in part to the good acting by Naomi Watts and especially by little Jacob Tremblay.
