Smuggler's Gold plot
"ACTION On The Ocean Floor! LOVE On The Waterfront!"
'Pop' Hodges has a parts store and a fishing boat. This fishing boat is used for gold smuggling. Pop's cousin Susan Hodges, who is engaged to deep-sea diver Mike Sloan, knows nothing about it. Mike gets into a fight with a fishing boat crew member one day. This crew member tries to steal gold from Pop's warehouse. Pop then kills the man and convinces Mike that he did this during the fight. Mike replaces the dead man on Pop's boat and postpones his wedding to Susan. When Mike learns of Pop's smuggling activities, Pop accuses Mike of murdering his crew member and blackmails him. Mike has to dive for smuggled gold for Pop.
