"Happily Ever After Is a Lot to Ask"
Vero Beach, Florida. The story follows three couples who are at different stages in their relationship: Alice and Noah, a couple who is in the first phase and getting ready for parenthood, Alice's sister Fanny, who is convinced that her open relationship with her husband Zander is the key to happiness and Cybil and Harvey, a couple who wonder what the next phase will be. They become the subject of a film that addresses the question of whether marriage is an outdated institution. During the process of the film, the couples discover the do's and don'ts within their own relationships.
