In the suburb of "Pasadena" lives a witch who lures teenagers into her house with a special kind of marijuana. This to then kill and eat them in order to preserve its youth and beauty. Hansel and his sister Gretel take on the witch.

Nice movie that does what it says it does: show some gore and deliver some tension. It never gets special and tension comes from moments when characters do typical stupid things, like entering scary houses. And that happens too often, which causes irritation. The photography could also have been a bit more atmospheric, now it's very boring. Molly Quin is a beautiful redhead and is pleasant to look at. She's not that bad in acting either, like most people have a cardboard character but still play with a certain pleasure. Still 2*. Could have been more.

For me just 3 stars, gore was nice but far too little.
The comedy in the film was hard to find, all in all a fun watch but nothing more than that!!
The idea of the film was nice.

Very entertaining with a strong Lara Flynn Boyle. Funny story with pretty good kills. Great!
