Commander Lassard finds it frustrating that the public sees agents as enemies. As a result, many crimes are never solved. He wants to change this by setting up a vigilante. The mayor has already given his blessing and the governor also supports the initiative. He even insists that Lassard present the project at an international conference. This, of course, means that Lassard cannot personally initiate the project. He then leaves the recruitment and training of the candidates to his loyal instructors. They set out in their old neighborhood to find citizens who want to participate in the course. Of course they come back with a bunch of over-enthusiastic, but stupid candidates.

Pfft, even Jones' tricks are getting boring here. Zedd is still funny and it's nice to see Harris again, but the Blue Oyster Bar situation and all the other jokes being repeated for the fourth time are really too chewed up for words. The new characters in the form of the citizens themselves are not fun, again the film has a huge lack of an interesting bad guy (apparently they always come out of nowhere suddenly in the last minutes) and the action is really abominable. Still somewhat to pass by Zedd and Harris, but it's getting more and more painful to deal with this.

Actually one of the least and also one where I could not remember much beforehand. The film in which Steve Guttenberg appears as Mahoney for the last time. The success of the series is due to the recognizability and the fixed characters. They make the film, no matter how bland the humor or plot may be. That is also the case with Flodder or FC De Kampioenen.
Harris is a nice comeback, other characters have had their days like Jones who is hardly funny anymore, although the question is rather whether he has ever been funny ... Billie and Mrs. Feldman are decent additions, but are little "legendary “.
