Azur et Asmar plot
Long ago, two children were cared for and raised by the same woman. Azur, blond with blue eyes, son of the lord of the manor, and Asmar, brown with black eyes, son of the nurse. The children, who grow up as brothers, are brutally separated. But Azur, scarred by the legend of the Fairy of the Djins that his lover told him, will not rest until he finds her again. The two foster brothers, who have grown up in the meantime, each go in search of the Fairy separately. On their journey, they discover magical lands that harbor both dangers and wonders...
