"THE STORY OF A PATROL OF 13 HEROES"
WWII. When Japan invades the Philippines, the American troops stationed there face a very hard time. They must retreat to the province of Bataan and try desperately to defend their territory until the reserve troops arrive. A key point in the defense is a bridge that must not fall into the hands of the Japanese. Thirteen soldiers, led by Sergeant Dane, are left behind to fight shoulder to shoulder against the Japanese and, by sacrificing their own lives, to gain precious days for the American troops.
