Special Bulletin plot
A news reporter and his cameraman are taken hostage on a boat in Charleston Harbor, where they are present to report on a strike. The kidnappers demand that all nuclear detonators in and around Charleston be turned in so they can detonate at sea. They threaten to detonate an atomic bomb if the demand is not met.
