saw one and two in a row.

both top movies, but one has some flaws. Too much in one movie, to start the reboot.

but that does not bother me, because it is fantastically portrayed. I only noticed after I saw him for the 3rd time.

this one was slightly better. In other words, a top movie.

jj is a director that I wish had started 10 years earlier because the man knows his trade.

unlike other LIKE bay and cameron and their last films, JJ knows how to bring abrahms awesome action together WITH a good story.

his light flash wink is sometimes a little too present (yes yes I know who you are)

And I'm sure there are more directors who do that.

an acquaintance me is an unabashed trekkie. speaks klingon, devours the books and even has a startrek tattoo.

he said if he ran into JJ he would hit him in the mouth.

but that's exactly it for him,,,I found the whole starting rack "old school" quite interesting, and a fascinating fact, but it didn't appeal to me at all.

in my eyes has given the same, a beautiful twist.

with as far as i know reasonable respect.but yes i am not a trekkie.

I'm really looking forward to his star wars version, although I do have my doubts that Disney has a finger in the pie.

this film was a beautiful SF, with content and a lot of speed.

fat 4.

This sequel to the 2009 prequel Star Trek was already redundant, especially since the predecessor was mainly about getting to know the iconic crew members of Star Ship Enterprise. What's left is a lot of action, and there's certainly plenty of it when Enterprise makes its way to Klingon-populated Kronos to get their hands on Starfleet Commander Pike [Bruce Greenwood]'s killer, but that doesn't make up for the lack of psychological and emotional depth. to compensate. Benedict Cumberbatch is excellent in the villain role and veterans Bruce Greenwood and Peter Weller are well chosen in their small but important supporting roles so it is all not too bad.

This was a good movie, especially the quinto and chris pine. The daughter Admiral Marcus was certainly well played. The way those klingons fought with Kirk and Khan was beautiful. Yet Cumberbatch doesn't play as gd as Ricardo Montalba. Di had that real magic just like in the naked gun. Cumberbatch was less well played just not one leader like the other khan. He really had sheer hatred. This one had too much hate and cooperation. The villain would be different it was better. That huge ship of sextion 31 shocked the way it shot the enterprise was beautiful. That emotional moment from Spock to Pike was beautiful how Bruce Greenwood died. Kirk didn't have too much hate and quinto personal and sensitive issues.

The goodbye at the end is also nice.
