As a horror/mystery/thriller fanatic, I have already watched dozens of films in this genre. But none can match 'Fragile'. Both the atmosphere and the build-up of tension are so good that you are constantly in suspense for over an hour and a half. The moments of pleasure are also not as cliché as in other horror films.

This movie definitely deserves five stars and I recommend every horror fanatic to watch this movie by candlelight on a Saturday night....and then fall asleep without looking back! Super!

Moderate Balaguero.

He already has some strong titles to his name, so you could expect everything he touches to turn to gold. However, Fragile appears to have been made by someone else.

Feels like an exchangeable movie. Little original story, visually dull (except the 2nd floor) and little horror to be seen. These are things that Balaguero normally excels at. It is entertaining, and the acting is also fine, but I expect more from the man who has Rec and Darkness to his name.

2.5*

Very standard ghost film, set in a children's hospital on a British island. Not a failure, but because it has been put together according to a now well-known formula, there is not much suspense. In fact, it's a film that focuses heavily on dramatic sequences. The twist is still nice, but Fragiles won't really stick around for long.
