fun, entertaining, looks away quickly and the story is well put together, but the real horror atmosphere or elements are missing, there is not a moment in the series that it gets really gross, sinister or terrifying...

A bit messy first season and not really scary, but entertaining and sinister enough. The main characters are not very interesting, but the supporting roles are excellent, with Jessica Lange especially great as a pushy neighbor. Visually everything is neatly arranged and the creepy location has absolute added value. Just interesting enough all in all to give season two a shot.

I am a fan of AHS, but this season was really dramatic for me. I must also honestly say that witchcraft is not for me, unlike the first two seasons with ghosts and a madhouse.
