Bookie plot
Experienced bookmaker Danny from Los Angeles is struggling with the potential legalization of sports gambling in California, which threatens to turn his company upside down forever. Alongside his best friend and former NFL player Ray, rebellious sister Lorraine and reluctantly reformed drug dealer Hector, Danny must cope with his increasingly unstable clients as he tries to sort out their problems while also making many risky bets himself.
