American tourist flips plush Mercedes rental car after crash on busy Scots road

An American tourist flipped a plush Mercedes C200 rental car after crashing into a parked vehicle on a busy road in Glasgow.
The Mercedes collided with the stationary vehicle on West Graham Street in the city at around 2:10pm this afternoon, Monday, March 31.
Police confirmed there were no reported injuries in the incident.
Images show police at the scene of the incident, as the vehicle sits on its roof on the middle of the road.
The tourist was visiting Scotland from Denver and was believed to be on the first day of his holiday.
He claimed to a passer-by that he was only driving at 10mph when the £44,000 Mercedes he was driving collided with the vehicle.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.10pm on Monday, 31 March 2025 police received a report of a car colliding with an unoccupied parked car in West Graham Street, Glasgow.
"There were no reports of anyone injured."
