The wait is finally be over! While music legend Cher has certainly been busy lately promoting Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, it has been a minute since we have heard new music from the “Believe” singer. After teasing fans with a track list of her upcoming ABBA covers album, Cher unveiled the official release date for the record along with the track “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)” on Thursday (Aug. 9).
The diva previously posted a cryptic tweet featuring her vocals and a snippet of her cover of the 1979 ABBA classic. Music fans might also recognize the song from being sampled in the 2005 Madonna single “Hung Up.”
