Boreham Wood 2-1 Woking

  • Published

Boreham Wood extended their unbeaten run with victory over Woking at Meadow Park.

Dan Holman thought he had given Boreham Wood a dream start after seven minutes, but Nathan Ralph managed to scramble his goal-bound effort clear off the line.

Tom Champion went one better 15 minutes later, leaping well to head home from a corner and put the hosts into a deserved 1-0 lead.

Bruno Andrade put the result beyond doubt against his former club by scoring his 10th of the season, ensuring Boreham Wood go 12 games unbeaten in all competitions, despite Inih Effiong crashing home a long-range volley for Woking in stoppage time.
