The number of agents and rules grows as new domains of automa- tion and preferences are tackled. Nevertheless, 2009 shows a significant decrease in the number of rules since the inhabitants begin using wildcards to group several preferences under a general one. Complex concepts, if correctly designed, are acquired through the use of simpler ones (not through training) and used when really needed as, in this case, having to deal with several people with similar preferences.
