We are living in a world where everything goes faster, so many things are digitalized, and we need to adapt ourselves fast in ever changing everyday life. Our daily lives are often over-scheduled.Negative body image, low self-esteem, sleeping and eating disorders among other things are symptoms that our body-mind is not agreeing with this lifestyle. In this small retreat, you will learn how yoga,meditation and breathing exercises can help you to manage through the complexities of your personal and professional life.
