Why study architecture with us?
With a strong emphasis on research, the Master in Architecture establishes productive connections with surrounding fields of humanities and social sciences, along with related programmes of spatial planning and engineering. We are a small, engaged teaching team of researchers and practitioners, working with local stakeholders and material urban challenges.

What do we offer our students?
Working across different scales (from the territory and the urban, to the neighbourhood and the building) and across different media (from architectural drawings and models, to videos, podcasts), the Master in Architecture encourages students to test different forms of engagement with architectural practice — including planning and design, policymaking, negotiation, and storytelling.
The Master of Architecture considers the ecological and social questions of our time beyond the spectrum of technological progress and economic growth and, more importantly, as a cultural and political project that embraces issues of governance, ownership practices, and participation.
Students acquire knowledge, methods, and tools to develop research and design strategies for the socio-ecological transition towards a carbon-neutral, resilient, and more just society. The on-campus studio spaces are equipped with individual desks, group presentation spaces, and collaborative working areas with the necessary equipment for printing and model-making.
