Dustin Stephenson

Dustin Stephenson is a judge on the Fourteenth Circuit Court. Governor Rick Scott (R) appointed Stephenson to the court on November 16, 2018, to replace Judge Jim Fensom.[1] He was sworn into office on February 1, 2019.[2]
Biography
Stephenson received a B.A. in political science and criminology from the University of Florida in 1996 and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. Prior to becoming a judge, Stephenson worked as an assistant state attorney for the State Attorney's Office (2000-2007), an attorney for Jonathan Dingus, Attorney at Law (2007-2009), and as an attorney and counselor at law for Dustin Stephenson, P.A. (2009-2019).[3]
