The Dragon Murder Case plot
"FOLLOW FAMOUS PHILO VANCE AS HE SOLVES THE AMAZING SWIMMING POOL MURDER MYSTERY!"
During a police investigation, the assistance of private detective Philo Vance is called in. Wealthy Monty Montague has mysteriously drowned in the backyard pond during a party held at the home of his fiancée Bernice Stamm and her wealthy brother Rudolph. When the pond is drained the next day, the corpse is gone, leaving only traces of what must have been a dragon. Vance gets information from the locals about the elderly and insane Mrs. Stamm.
