100 Feet plot
"Her husband is dead and he's taking the news badly..."
Marnie Watson has been jailed for killing her own husband, a police officer, in self-defense. But Marnie is suddenly released from prison early, as she is allowed to spend the rest of her sentence in her own home with an electronic band wrapped around her leg. While her late husband's co-worker sits outside her house in a car waiting for her to go wrong, Marnie discovers that her late husband himself is still haunting the house. And he wants nothing more than revenge.

The story in 100 Feet is actually quite simple.
Marnie Watson was regularly beaten up by her husband Mike after he joined the police force.
In sheer self-defense, she decides to literally take matters into her own hands, and then stab Mike.
Marnie is given a prison sentence, but is released early.
However, she is placed under house arrest for 1 year, and she is allowed to spend it in her parental home.
By means of an ankle bracelet she only has a limited ability to move.
All this becomes even more difficult when it turns out that Mike's ghost is still floating around the house.
He still has a bone to pick with her.
Also the presence of Mike's old partner Shanks doesn't help.
He continues to keep an eye on Marnie.
The title of the film is basically wrong.
100 Feet is the length of the building in which Marnie lives.
So from the receiver to the door of the building there are less than 100 steps.
Yet this should not spoil the fun, and Famke Jansen plays a fine role.
Standard ghost movie worth watching.

100 Feet, such a mediocre movie that you can watch for free through your TV provider. No sooner said than done. Famke was clearly not at her strongest, which is understandable as her character isn't that engaging. You have to feel sympathy for her at one point, but that just won't work, probably because she's made of cardboard. The story is too small to keep you interested for any length of time. Add to that the fact that the tension is completely broken off the moment the ghost appears, and you have all the ingredients for a mediocre film that can't convince anywhere. Very bad SE too, my goodness.

Nice 15 minutes, once the ghost appears you're done quickly. The only thing you then look at is the extremely poor acting and sfx where the B-level drips from. Ultimate example is when the ghost explodes. To cry so bad and Red makes no effort at all to camouflage the lack of budget.
