Kangaroo plot

Chris Masterman is a former television personality who is driving to Broome. After an accident, he ends up stranded in an outback town. There, he teams up with an 11-year-old indigenous girl named Charlie to rescue and rehabilitate a baby kangaroo in a remote community. The endeavor sparks an unlikely friendship that will change both of their lives.
